All Toshiba TV products are manufactured and imported from Thailand.
All Toshiba TV products are warranted in the following form:
  • 24 months warranty from the date of successful warranty activation
  • Warranty 36 months from the date of manufacture for products that have not activated the warranty but not exceeding 50 months.
Monitor, circuit board does not include case, power cord and stand.
The remote control is covered with 3 months warranty.

Android TV and Google TV are two interfaces of Android TV running on Android 11 operating system for TVs
On Google TV, it supports multitasking features such as screen sharing, smart home control, for devices using windows, IOS and homekit operating systems.

Yes, All TV Toshiba V, E, and M series are integrated with Chrome Cast

FEATURES

Yes, Toshiba TV supports 2.4 & 5 Ghz dual band Wifi tuner b, g, n, ac
There are Toshiba TVs that only support bluetooth connection with audio devices such as speakers, sound bars.
Not all TV models with Bluetooth function can connect to Bluetooth audio devices
Phones and tablets can’t connect bluetooth to TV.

Bluetooth mouse and keyboard can be connected to the TV, but the use effect will not be guaranteed
Remote control/Voice control
Simultaneous connection is possible, but the device will prioritize the HDMI signal first, to use Bluetooth please remove the HDMI cable.
For Android TV we need to pair bluetooth between the remote control and the TV to use google assistant.

For Google TV, we need to connect bluetooth between remote control and TV and log in google account to use google assistant.
The TV feature will support Android phones version 9.0 and above, the transmission device and the TV must be connected to the same wifi network.

Android TV does not support cast feature for laptops and IOS phones.

Laptop macbook, iphone can use the cast feature on google TV.

Toshiba is not sure all phones can be cast to the TV.
Yes, the TV can play music, pictures and movies via USB
More apps can be installed on the Google app store
Toshiba is not responsible for the compatibility of the applications
Possibly, all Toshiba TVs have built-in voice control on the remote control. The M series can be controlled directly with the TV without the need for a remote.
Toshiba TVs come pre-installed with the TV360 application to help you watch more than 100 free domestic TV channels and more than 50,000 hours of movies.

ERRORS

+ Check if the power cord is plugged into a powered AC outlet.

+ Check to see if the LED light is on or not. If it is, then the TV is receiving power.
 + Check for the correct output connection on the external source and for the correct input connection on the TV.

+ Make sure you have made the correct selection for the input mode for the incoming signal.
 + Yes, this is normal. That is the TV searching for previous setting information and initializing the TV.
+ Check the volume settings.

+ Check if the TV is muted.
+ If black and white picture first unplug TV from AC outlet and re-plug after 60 seconds.
+ Check that the Color is set to 50 or higher.
+ Try different TV channels.
 + An electrical appliance may be affecting TV set. Turn off any appliances, if interference goes away, move appliance farther away from TV.

+ Insert the power plug of the TV set into another power outlet.
+ If using an external antenna, check the direction, position and connection of the antenna.

+ Adjust the direction of your antenna or reset or fine tune the channel.
+ Confirm that TV still has power and is operational.

+ Change the batteries in the remote control.

+ Check if the batteries are correctly installed.
+ Configure the local wireless router or access point for WPA-PSK security before attempting to connect the TV to the Wi-Fi network.

+ Follow instruction in the User Manual of the television to setup a wireless connection
 + Check if there is interfering source nearby, such as appliance or electric tool.
+ “Click” sound can be caused when the temperature of the television changes. This change causes the television cabinet to expand or contract, which makes the sound. This is normal and the TV is OK.
+ Check if you have a digital receiver or HD player connected (select Settings – channel and input source – Input to turn off the control features)

+ Check if Cast feature is on, can’t 1 device have started your TV remotely (Settings – System – Cast – select to “”never””)
+ Check timer settings to see if you have a timer4

+ Maybe you’ve been watching TV for too long
+ Check if you have paired the bluetooth between the remote and the TV

+ Check if you are logged in with your Google account to the TV

+ Check if you are connected to the internet with the TV”””

 + In Philippines, the Analog signal station is no longer active, all televisions are switched to Digital
 + Because the picture mode is not correct, please go to fine-tune the picture mode
